Custom designed for optimal bass performance, the CAD D108 is a dynamic kick drum mic sporting a highly directional supercardioid pickup that rejects unwanted sounds from the rest of the drum kit. Ideal for bass drum, bass cabinets, and other low-frequency sources, the D108 offers distortion-free, linear performance and a high max SPL of 150 dB.

The D108 provides high gain before feedback, which when combined with the supercardioid pickup, makes the mic an excellent choice for live sound and studio recording. The wide dynamic range preserves the natural sonic character for captured sources. The tailored frequency response emphasizes punchy lows while maintaining clarity and definition. The D108 sports an integrated mic stand adapter for easy mounting and placement. This microphone includes a carrying pouch.

A Classic
Format: Paperback
This is my favorite book by Dr. Watson. I have read it many times and continue to learn and deepen my own nursing practice. I highly recommend this book over all others. Whether you've been a nurse for 4 years or 40 years, you'll be surprised at what you'll learn.

Caring- updated.
Format: Paperback
It is refreshing to read The Philosophy and Science of Caring. Caring is central to nursing and frequently in the nursing literature. Watson has revised and expanded her Caring Science and Philosophy, offering new insights, science and exemplars. This book is useful for all nurses, scholars, practitioners and educators. It should be required reading for nursing regardless of practice venue. Bravo, Jean!

Good for research
Format: Paperback
Nursing research is not the place for me but it’s good to know this stuff before you become a nurse. I did use this for many assignments.
