Each Yamaha XS400 Forward Control Kit includes mounting instructions with pictures.
Universal Linkage Kits are not included with this kit but are available from us. Your stock brake pedal and shifter must be modified to attach linkage rods to (See Photos). Everything is explained in the included instructions. This is a very easy mod to do to your Yamaha XS 400 and makes long trips much more comfortable due to the fact that your legs are extended forward rather than bent. Great for choppers, bobbers, or even stock bikes.
