About the artwork
At auction, I recently purchased this screenprint which my father and I made in 1982. In 32 years hanging on the wall in sunlight, it had faded and I felt it was a print well worth reprinting. It has been a struggle remembering how Dad and I made it as there are several colour blends in the print, a technique that requires great skill from the printer. A colour blend, or blend of colours requires hands-on printing, and even so there are variations which enhance this print edition.
