• 12 x 1.5lb Ground Beef
• 2 Sirloin Steak
• 4 Rib Steaks (2 packages)
• 4 T-Bone Steaks (2 packages)  
• 2 Cross Rib Roast
• 2 Sirloin Tip Roast
• 1 Short Ribs
• 2 Stew Meat
• 4 Smoked Sausage (your choice)

Customizations are allowed on this box. Please add a note to your order if you wish to substitute one or more items. This will impact the final price and we will either refund or require additional payment at delivery time. 

We recommend you have a stand alone freezer if you order this box. The contents will not fit in a fridge freezer. 

Product prices lists for each cut are based on an average weight. To make sure customers are getting exactly what they pay for, each product is weighed prior to packing. As such, the final price at delivery may differ slightly from the checkout total. We try our best to keep it as close as possible to the checkout total, but a customer may receive a small refund or have a small charge added at pick-up or delivery. We will communicate any changes in the total prior to delivery.
