Each serve also contains 1500mg of dual-extracted lion’s mane mushroom powder equivalent to 15 grams of raw mushrooms. The lion’s mane mushroom has been used therapeutically across Asia and is particularly valued in traditional Chinese medicine as a nootropic agent. It’s sometimes called “the smart mushroom” and is believed to improve concentration, cognitive function and memory. Modern research has revealed that lion’s mane is a superfood rich in amino acids, antioxidants, ?-glucan polysaccharides, fatty acids, minerals, nerve growth factor and polypeptides.
