Each stick delivers around 10 g of protein and 100 calories, making them a satisfying, portable snack. The flavor is solid, savory, meaty, and not overly salty. The texture is pleasantly chewy. I love chomps for the protein, taste, and ease of eating. Comes in many flavors. My only complaint is that it is pricey. I’m willing to pay because it is grass fed beef, zero sugar, and made with real ingredients.
