When Eli Harpo was four, he underwent emergency open-heart surgery, flatlined on the operating table, and for a brief time, went to heaven and met Jesus. Or at least that’s what his father, a loving but devout Baptist minister, has raised him to believe.
Nine years later, Eli isn’t so sure. His rounds with his father to evangelize at hospices and sell his father’s self-published book, Heaven or Bust!, feel inauthentic and strange, especially now that he’s started having sex dreams about Jesus. Between that and his mother’s terminal breast cancer diagnosis, Eli feels further from heaven than ever. But when the famous televangelist Charlie Gideon shows up at the Harpos’ doorstep with a proposal to create a new attraction based on Eli’s trip to the afterlife at his Bible-themed park, Eli isn’t able to say no.
As the Harpos head off on a rollicking road trip from Kentucky to Bible World in Orlando, Eli is left to grapple with not just his faith and his sexuality, but also his own parents’ messy humanity and what happens when a family held together by mythmaking starts coming apart at the seams.

Fun squeaky toy that my dogs destroyed quickly

My dogs were immediately obsessed with this toy.
The squeaker and bright bird shape got their attention right away, and they carried it around the house constantly for the first couple of days. The rope running through the middle also made it more fun for tug games.
The plush material is soft enough for carrying and cuddling, but because of that, it definitely was not long lasting with stronger chewers. Mine managed to tear into it fairly quickly despite really enjoying it.
That said, it kept them entertained the entire time it survived, and the squeaker held up longer than I expected.
I would recommend this more as a supervised play toy or fetch/tug toy rather than something for aggressive chewing sessions.
If your dog loves squeaky plush toys, this one is very fun while it lasts.

Bigger than expected, but my pup enjoys it

This toy has been a great surprise for my dog. The green bird design is cute, but more importantly it’s actually held up really well to her throwing it around and chewing. The material feels sturdy, and the stitching has stayed intact even after lots of chewing, tugging, and carrying it around all day. It's bigger than I expected, but that hasn't deterred my Chihuahua. As a 2-1/2 year old with plenty of energy, she is definitely getting lots of use out of it!
What I like most is that it keeps my dog engaged — the squeaker grabs attention right away, and it’s perfect for interactive play like tug-of-war. It’s soft enough to be a comfort toy but durable enough to handle rough play, which is hard to find.
Overall, a fun and well-made toy that keeps my pup entertained and has lasted longer than many other dog toys I’ve tried. Definitely a good choice for dogs that love to chew and play hard.
