- Does not include Privacy Shield, for practical purposes.
- Trainers are advised to have a standard ResQR on hand for visual explanation of the shield use.
- Replaceable battery will last around 100 cycles before needing to be replaced with a CR2032 style battery.
- Training material and co-brandable marketing assets available to registered trainers.
- Helps turn any potential responder into a rescuer allowing anyone to give proper CPR

This is never emailed
We have never received this warranty after asking multiple times and it is impossible to connect with seller directly.
I highly recommend not buying the watch or the warranty.
We only purchased the watch because of this warranty coverage.
I suspect that the warranty is invalid anyway if anyone does get it emailed to them. So we buy the watch with warranty, it never comes so we just ask for a refund on the warranty payment but we keep the watch which probably dies within two or three years and because it’s not from the Fossil company we can’t do anything about it breaking down so soon. My guess is that’s the plan.
Very disappointed and will not use this seller again.

Watch insurance
I purchased a citizen watch from Amazon and decided to get warranty they was pushing 🫸 not knowing I was given a 5 yr warranty from citizen company with purchase! Cannot give opinions on it because I have gotten no information about this program and have not had to use it... but I can contact them anyway....
