Our graphically hand woven patterned cushion cover is made on simple wooden looms using traditional techniques. We update these techniques to make refined, contemporary and stylish designs that reflect the beauty of hand-weave and look undoubtedly modern. Mix with other cushions in our range to create a stylish touch to living spaces, bedrooms or terrace. The front fabric is made from a mixed beige cotton background fabric with the pattern in raised cotton threading, while the back is also in a plain mixed beige cotton with an invisible zip. Comes without cushion pad.

Our cushions are made by artisans in a small village in the Central Highlands of Sri Lanka where this traditional and unique weaving technique continues today,  paying tribute to the ancient traditions belonging to the hands that made them. Once produced upon request by the royal family, these woven crafts of the beautiful  Dumbara Valley are today produced for you by these handful of artisanal families in this part of the  central highlands of Sri Lanka, who take great pride in their masterful work & your choice contributes their livelihoods whilst protecting this heritage craft for our world, cause the way you live, is the way you give!
