Mini R59 Roadster (2012 - 2015) Lower Torque Mount, Fast Road - PFF5-220 Designed to replace the softer rubber voided OE mount that is prone to cracking, allowing for excessive engine movement and wheel hop, PFF5-220 Lower Torque Mount Bracket & Bush (Yellow 70A and Purple 80A) is 300% stiffer than the worn OE mount and recommended for fast road use for standard or mildly tuned cars. Combining a CNC machined aluminium lower torque mount with various durometer bush options to suit differing states of tune, it's a great way of reducing engine movement for more balanced on/off throttle handling while improving gear shifting precision. It's also super easy to replace - just two bolts and it's out with the old, in with the new and no pressing out of any rubber! A small increase in NVH, usually at idle, should be expected when stiffening the connecting mount between the engine/transmission and chassis. The harder the material used, the greater the NVH transmitted. Load v.s displacement graph showing Powerflex PFF5-220 is 300% stiffer than the original rubber mount.CNC machined and anodised 6082-T6 Aluminium bracket. Soft rubber in voided OE mount is prone to cracking, allowing for excessive engine movement and wheel hop. Save your Floors!

Great solution for pee pads that leak or when your pup isn’t all the way on (because one paw on the pad is “on the pad”) Good quality and appears to be durable. Easy to clean with a spritz of natures miracle and a paper towel or under the hose for a deeper clean. Silicone Surface kind of grips the pee pads so I haven’t needed to use the clips. It also grips the floor so it doesn’t slide around. Multiple sizes available so you can match your pee pad size. Reasonable price to save your floors!

Protects floors

I love these pee pad holders. My dog goes near the edge of the pad and the urine gets on my hardwood floors. With these pads the edges of the pee pad holder catches the urine before it gets on the floors. It is very easy to clean the pad holder. I am so thankful it protects my floors!
