The Accelerator Single Pedal Goes Long

An elongated footboard design adds increased power and agility to time-honored Accelerator performance in the DW 5000 AD4XF (“Extended Footboard”). Now you can access full-length windups and easier heel-toe doubles with the same AD4 response and durability you trust. The AD4XF’s Accelerator Drive system creates an indirect relationship between the sprocket and footboard for maximum velocity and sensitivity. Through this one cam and DW’s legendary customization, players can unlock an incredible range of power, speed, and precision. As with the AD4 Standard, the AD4XF gets you DW’s Tri-Pivot Toe Clamp for secure hoop linkage, a Delta ball-bearing aluminum hinge for reduced drag, and a non-skid rubber grip for movement resistance on wood, concrete, or carpet.

Tri-pivot Toe Clamp is rock solid and hoop safe

The DW 5000 AD4XF features DW’s Tri-pivot Toe Clamp. This system ensures that your pedal and bass drum stay connected, no matter what hoop size or angle. The three rotating contact points are covered in rubber and articulate to the angle of the hoop at their points of contact. The result? You get a secure connection no matter how raucous you play, and your hoops stay undamaged.

Rubber grip prevents bass drum creep

A non-skid rubber base keeps your 5000 AD4XF planted to the floor without the hook-and-loop tape of past systems. This protects delicate carpeting and prevents pet hair, etc, from collecting on the underside of your pedal. Prefer the tape? No problem. Standard hook-and-loop strips will attach to the DW 5000 AD4XF’s base as you need them.

Dual Bearing Spring Rocker delivers exceptional smoothness

DW’s innovative Dual Bearing Spring Rocker makes the AD4XF kick pedal even quicker and more controlled, with just the right amount of drag on the rebound.

DW 5000 AD4XF Accelerator Extended Footboard Single Bass Pedal Features:

  • Elongated footboard adds increased power and agility to the time-honored AD4
  • Accelerator cam yields excellent velocity and sensitivity
  • Legendary 5000 Series durability and customization
  • Rubberized Tri-pivot Toe Clamp is secure and safe on bass hoops
  • Textured rubber grip pad on the base plate — no fastening strips required

Good value for a $55 boot.
Size: 12, Color: Army Green
I like these boots because I have a wide foot and even though I bought the 12 and NOT the 12W there is plenty of width. Very comfortable boot. I have put this pair through about 1000 miles mostly on asphalt, ice and snow. Very little actual dirt/ rocky trails. I bought them for the waterproofness and ankle support. Now the soles are getting thin and I can feel small rocks through the soles. Plus the soles are beginning to separate from the uppers and they are no longer waterproof. Not bad for 1000 miles. Still, I feel For a $55 boot they are a good value. I am 6ft and weigh 250.

Worth Every Penny!
Size: 9, Color: Coyote
I absolutely love these boots! They are super light, comfortable and definitely waterproof. I took them on a camping trip for the weekend and I walked through creeks and puddles with no issues at all. No water got inside and they were comfortable all weekend. The only thing was the tongue did start to bother me a bit after the 3rd day. I have some pretty boney shins but a small cloth between my shins and the tongue helped a lot.
