The quartet reveals it's extraordinary synergy through a remarkable blend of jazz standards and original compositions. Among the album's many highlights is Henderson's bossa nova-infused classic 'Recorda Me' and Tyner's beautiful jazz waltz, 'Miss Bea,' a homage to his mother. The group also breathes new life into Cole Porter's timeless 'What Is This Thing Called Love.' The album's pièce de résistance is an extraordinary revamp of Thelonious Monk's 'Ask Me Now,' which highlights Henderson's remarkable saxophone genius.
