故事以一個小小孩的第一人稱敘述。小小孩面對媽媽每天都會出門上班這件事，似乎很能接受。他說：「我的媽媽每天都會出門去上班，但是我知道她還是很愛我。」、「我的媽媽每天都會出門去上班，但是我知道她還是很關心我。」小小孩並不因為媽媽離開身邊而懷疑媽媽對他的愛，因此可以做自己的事，像是自己玩、自己畫畫、自己騎腳踏車，安心等待媽媽。
孩子是怎麼知道媽媽的心意呢？原來媽媽回家後都會告訴他有多愛他，同時陪著他做那些白天他一個人做的事。孩子於是覺得：媽媽每天出門去上班，不過沒關係，她下班後就能陪我好好玩了!
故事書裡的小小孩一改離開媽媽就哭哭啼啼的常見形象，不但絲毫沒有分離焦慮，還很期待媽媽去上班。這個故事揭示了解決孩子分離焦慮的解答，答案出乎意料地簡單，那就是「有耐心的溝通」。
媽媽不吝於表達自己對孩子的愛，願意用簡單易懂的語言告訴孩子，媽媽有多想你、多愛你，進而讓孩子理解，暫時性的分離沒有那麼可怕。孩子知道短暫的分離並不是永久地從雙親身邊離開後，也就不會一直哭鬧了。身為家長的我們可千萬不要因為對象是小小孩，誤認為他們聽不懂，而忽略了親子溝通的重要性。

Lightweight but heavy in style and quality!

Bracelet fits well on wrist, not too heavy at all pretty light, easy to put on and quite stylish! It’s shiny and has great quality for being so lightweight. Wore it for awhile and it’s both comfortable and dressy! Simple jewelry but its use of cool shapes makes it seem quite expensive!
