Satch aficionados searching for a super-colossal souvenir with pliable playability and shapeshifting sonic capabilities will meet their match when they rendezvous with the Ibanez Joe Satriani Signature JS2480. This Japanese-built, Prestige-grade solidbody electric guitar offers a super colossal playing feel, thanks to its aerodynamic basswood body, which is bolted to a 3-piece JS Prestige neck and crowned by a fast-playing 24-fret rosewood fingerboard. Whether you're shooting for smooth, articulate leads or authoritative chord work, the JS2480's DiMarzio Satchur8 bridge humbucker will be happy to oblige you. Meanwhile, the Sustainiac circuit delivers infinite sustain and thick feedback with the flip of a switch. The electronics are further bolstered with a built-in highpass filter that helps you cut through the mix when you roll back your Volume knob. You also get a high-end complement of shred-sanctioned hardware, comprising an original Edge double-locking tremolo with an Ultralite trem arm, Gotoh machine heads, and Gotoh knurled metal dome knobs. The Ibanez JS2480 offers high-caliber players the perfect creative conduit for their high-flying technical excursions.

Fast JS Prestige neck

You'll find that the JS Prestige neck on the JS2480 gives you a solid fretting foundation while allowing you to ramp up your playing to maximum warp. The just-right feel provided by this neck encourages lightning-fast runs, arpeggios, and hammer-ons, and its 3-piece maple-and-bubinga construction offers more rigidity and greater vibration transfer than a traditional 1-piece neck. Capping the neck is a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard, loaded with medium-sized nickel-silver frets that offer an amazingly fluid feel. Furthermore, the feel of this neck is enhanced by Ibanez's Prestige fret-edge treatment, an extra step to ensure maximum playing comfort and long-term playability. This process essentially rounds the fret ends much more precisely than is possible by hand filing.

Sonically spellbinding electronics

The Ibanez JS2480's DiMarzio Satchur8 bridge humbucker produces an endless assortment of tones, from articulate high-gain legato lines to pristinely clean arpeggios — ideal for an artist like Joe who regularly runs the tonal gamut. At the neck, a single-coil Sustainiac driver enables you to harness intense, predictable, infinite feedback sustain on demand. A push-pull switch on the JS2480's Tone knob activates the Sustainiac circuit, and you also get a 3-way toggle that selects between Harmonic, Normal, and Mixed sustain modes. To top it off, the volume pot's built-in highpass filter cleans up your tone and enables the JS2480 to easily cut through even the busiest of mixes.

Original Edge double-locking tremolo

The JS2480 comes equipped with Ibanez's original Edge tremolo, which many guitarists consider one of the finest locking trems ever built. Numerous guitarists here share the same enthusiasm for the original Edge, which we've been using and abusing since its 1986 unveiling. Regardless of your preferences, we're confident that you'll find the JS2480's Edge to be among the most reliable double-locking trems you'll ever use. You can pull the bar all the way up, then slam it down to the body as much as you want; follow it up with a rich, dense chord voicing, and it'll stay perfectly in tune. The JS2480 also features Joe Satriani's preferred Ultralite tremolo arm, which has a thicker carbon graphite grip for extra durability and fine-tuned trem control.

Fae Courts with High Intrigue
Format: Kindle
This book is one that just builds and builds and then surprises you to no end. You may think you know the villains and then you are jolted in another direction. Princess Reyna is a real gem, strong of character, a fierce fighter, and loyal to her family and kingdom. Just when you think she and Lorcan, well you know, the plot is flipped. Can't wait to see where this goes in book two.

Slow, sorry but good
Format: Kindle
This was a slow moving book. Lots of character pov chapters, lots of superfluous descriptions and endless courtly appearances stalled this book to start. Once you get into the heart of the story, it takes off. Before you know it the book is done. My favorite character is Reyna. She is so strong. She is true to herself. She gets into a lot of trouble with her headstrong ways but it's entertaining. I have high hopes for Lorcan. He is honorable to a fault. Thane had turned out to be better than I thought but i still don't like him. Eislin is useless. Great plot twists at the end. I'm looking forward too book 2.

Very detailed! Beautiful world building! Strong Heroine!
Format: Kindle
Starts off a little slow and confusing with different POV’s, but starts to all come together towards the middle to make an elaborate plot line and makes it all worth it. Beautiful world building and attention to detail as well as great writing. The cliffhanger was gut wrenching! Can’t wait for the next book!

Interesting
Format: Kindle
This was a very captivating book once you got into it thoroughly. But the third person perspective was a bit hard to get used to. But as you got into it and followed the different characters, it was interesting and filled with intrigue, conflict and forbidden love. I can’t wait to read the next one and to complete the series.

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.
