VACUUBRAND® MD 4C NT Synchro™ chemistry vacuum pump systems utilizes an oil-free chemistry design vacuum pump, with the option to enable two independent vacuum applications on a single pump to increase lab efficiency and reduce the cost of vacuum generation. Operating two different applications from a single pump saves money and lab bench space. Integrated check valves minimize interaction between applications.
The new NT-series of pumps provide whisper-quiet and ultra-low-vibration operation, high leak-tightness and improved vacuum. The highly flexible, fabric-reinforced double diaphragm made of FKM offers extended operation life.
The separator at the inlet (AK) is made of glass with protective coating and retains particles and liquid droplets. The compact emission condenser (EK) on the exhaust side is particularly effective. It enables almost 100% solvent recovery for economical reuse and active protection of the environment. Each vacuum port is designed with a flow-control valve for easy adjustment of the effective volume flow rate.

Manual Control
A PTFE diaphragm valve provides approximate control of vacuum levels for less demanding applications. -
Electronic Control
A solenoid valve, operated by the new VACUU·SELECT controller, provides precise two-point electronic control for important applications, maintaining vacuum levels between pre-set tolerances. -
VACUU·SELECT® controller
Controller has a touch screen interface and predefined applications. It is easy-to-use and the modification of existing applications, or creation of new applications, is simple with drag-and-drop editing. -
No Oil Changes
These vacuum pumps utilize diaphragm vacuum technology. The totally dry operation eliminates the misting, handling and disposal of contaminated waste associated with rotary vane pumps. No oil to change or monitor! -
Reduced Maintenance
Typical diaphragm lifetimes are well in excess of 15,000 hours of use before replacement - that's years in most applications, minimizing downtime and service costs. When it is finally time for service, their unique design eliminates tedious, trial-and-error stroke length recalibration. -
Improved Productivity
VACUUBRAND® pumps are engineered for performance, with flow rates as much as 40% higher at working vacuum level than competitive pumps with similar free air capacity ratings. Higher flow rates mean reduced process times and higher throughput. -
