Capture the sound of your viola with the V-400 Concert Series Viola Pickup from Fishman. The pickup aims to reproduce the sound of your instrument accurately and consistently, making it ideal for performers who only wish to amplify their acoustic tone rather than manipulate it electronically. The piezo-ceramic pickup comes preinstalled in a Despiau bridge shaped for your viola to procure the right tone balance from string to string.
The V-400 can be optionally used with an impedance-matching preamp to help realize its full frequency response potential. Alternatively, it can be paired with an Aura Imaging preamp to give your instrument's tone more depth in eletronically amplified situations. Preamps are available separately. You'll need a professional's assistance in installing this pickup.
