Jacques Canetti Productions presents Jacques Higelin & Brigitte Fontaine's 1967 album Chansons D'Avant le Deluge, reissued on vinyl as part of a series of albums highlighting the work of French talent agent and producer Jacques Canetti. In his lifelong dedication to chanson, Canetti supported and developed the careers of a dizzying array of artists: Edith Piaf, Jacques Brel, Serge Gainsbourg, Boris Vian, Georges Brassens, Serge Reggiani, Leo Ferre, and Jeanne Moreau are among the most notable. Brigitte Fontaine's partnership with Canneti had begun a year before this album's release with her debut album, 13 Chansons Decadentes et Fantasmagoriques (BEC 5772795). This, her second release on Disques Jacques Canetti, heralded the arrival of her highly productive partnership with Jacques Higelin, and remains a cult duet album. Chansons D'Avant le Deluge includes "La grippe" and "Maman j'ai peur," two songs that would go on to become center pieces of the duo's stage musical Maman j'ai peur. The album features production by Canetti and orchestral arrangements by Jimmy Walter, who also arranged the orchestral parts for Fontaine's debut. Remastered from the original tapes. Housed in a gatefold jacket with original artwork.

Nothing is Chew Proof, but these do pretty well
My three 2-year-old Dutch Shepherds have killed every toy except their Kong balls. These octopus toys are hanging in there. My dogs are particularly driven by wiggling the appendages - They LOVE it. My Sheba who normally kills toys immediately has not yet destroyed her octopus. She's been holding it like a teddy bear, that is after she's worn out from throwing it around. I've thrown them in the washing machine and they come out great.

My pup really loves this toy!
I think they are adorable. and my pup loves them! We have a golden puppy and she loves to chew and play with her toys. This is one of her favorite toys. She enjoys tugging at the legs and making the squeaker squeck! I love my puppy and she loves this and I highly recommend these!

Worth it if your dog destroys plush toys & likes to chew

My dog is a very big chewer and destroyer of toys. This toy is perfect for her. It is durable and keeps her engaged chewing for a while. I have a 55lb dog, considered a large dog, and it’s a great size for her. She’s unable to break it apart. The ends do tend to get a little sharp after extended use

My Boston loves this fish toy

Very durable. It takes a couple of months of intense chewing to make holes in this toy. My Boston has incredible mouth strength so he destroys most toys in minutes unless they are rocks. I have replaced this fish 2 times in the last year. I keep an eye on the wear and replace it when he makes a hole in it. Worthwhile purchase but monitor the dogs chewing.
