TC Bros. and SP Concepts collaborated on a unique 2-into-1 design. After plenty of development and testing time in the skunkworks, the result is an all-business, 2-into-1 full stainless system developed for narrow-frame Harley-Davidson Softails that can take advantage of the better breathing offered by the Milwaukee-Eight's four-valve heads.

With different header and muffler dimensions than SP offers on their own systems, coupled with stepped head pipes, this collab project culminated in a system that's light, beautiful, and straightforward with a tone you can't beat.

Weight loss and looks didn't go unconsidered—note the beautiful welds, laser-cut emblem and careful TIG welding (all done by hand) to TC Bros. custom specifications. And of course, we didn't sleep on the sound. The exhaust note is a thing of beauty to behold. 

And critically, fitting one of these is straightforward and simple. Two brackets are included so this exhaust may be used on narrow-frame bikes without bags, bikes with early asymmetric bags, or later bikes with symmetrical saddlebags (including the Heritage). Note that these do not fit with TC Bros. Pro Series Mid Control Kits; if you are running (or plan to run) those, a separate exhaust can be found on that product page that is compatible with the mids.

The exhaust will accept either 12mm or 18mm oxygen sensors; adapters are included so you can use either OE or aftermarket sensors as required by your tuning setup. The mounting bracket and hardware are included. Exhaust spring clips are not included; they can be purchased separately.  Exhaust gaskets are not included and should be replaced every time an exhaust system is removed; they also can be purchased separately. Heat shields for SP Concepts exhaust systems are available separately.
