The Preservation label presents Wide Asleep, the third album from Sydney's Sophie Hutchings. Sophie Hutchings is a pianist and composer from Sydney. She began teaching herself piano at an early age before any tuition, developing her unique style through countless hours of secret practice. One of her earliest compositions, Hutchings has released three instrumental works to date, Becalmed (2010), Night Sky (2012) and White Light (2014), receiving fine recognition internationally for elegant and beautiful music compared to the likes of Nils Frahm, Max Richter, Peter Broderick and Dustin O'Halloran. UK music bible MOJO had Becalmed as one of it's top five independent releases for 2010, calling the album "grand", "stirring" and "vigorous". The Guardian wrote that "her rippling piano has an intimate, contemplative quality." Other media have described Sophie's music as "frankly amazing", "unabashedly sincere" and "always with a genuine sense of beauty". With Wide Asleep, Hutchings has taken her compositional scope into larger realms of sound and feeling. It is her most searching work, based on ideas on consciousness between sleep and wakefulness. In her most dazzling and poignant pieces to date, Hutchings' piano lines extend with both electricity and elegance, winding through strings, textured ambience and choral voices through beauty and vitality. Reaching further with her music than ever before, Hutchings is in great company, recording Wide Asleep with Tim Whitten as producer, best known for his nuanced and dynamic work with The Necks. Birdies Cracked Corn, And I Don’t Care

I bought Wagner’s Farmer’s Delight Wild Bird Food hoping to attract a few cardinals and maybe a blue jay or two. Mission accomplished — the birds absolutely demolished this stuff like it was an all-you-can-eat buffet with Michelin stars.
What I wasn’t expecting was to accidentally start my own agricultural operation. Apparently the cracked corn in the mix has decided my lawn is now zoned for farming. I currently have random corn stalks sprouting in places I didn’t even know seeds could reach. At this rate, I’ll be harvesting feed for next season directly from my backyard.
So yes, the birds love it. The squirrels approve. My yard has become part aviary, part Midwest cornfield. Five stars.

This is a great basic protective shower curtain

This is a great product. It allows me to have a decorative curtain that won’t get water damaged or mildewed. The price point was right on and I will definitely be buying it again.
Pros: The thickness is great. Not too flimsy.
I was also impressed with the fact that there wasn’t a chemical smell like we often get with plastic curtains. It was very easy to put up and was just the right length to keep the water in the shower while it does a great job protecting the decorative curtain. It also has weights to assist it with hanging correctly.
Cons: Make sure to spread it out after your shower to prevent water stains .

Ok perfect! Although it could be thicker and the holes placement lower to match the curtin holes. I had to adjust the shower bar by lowering so magnets attach. And they may carry a thicker curtain I didn't check.
