Before foundation, apply to areas where skin produces excess oil or press over makeup to mattify.

For lasting eye-shadow, melt a few drops of the perfector between the fingertips and pat on before applying eye makeup. Control oily patches throughout the day by patting on, using the perfector like liquid blotting paper.
