Battery return policy:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for used battery kits. Once the battery has been opened, it is considered non-returnable except for warranty faults. If you are using an M1 mini travel CPAP for the first time, please try the CPAP out first and be sure you are comfortable using it BEFORE opening your battery kit.
Batteries are covered by a 1 year warranty. This warranty covers pre existing defects in materials and failure to operate in expected capacity. Please fully charge your battery before storage and every 6 months. Failing to do so will void the warranty.
