Key Features:

TBparts V2 Cylinder Head.

Our V2 head has numerous differences. First it’s equipped with forged aluminum roller rockers. This allows the engine to rev quicker and further making more power, this is the biggest thing you will notice. We pair that with a large roller cam for the large 177-184cc setup for epic results. Roller cams make more power than non-roller cams because you can run more aggressive lobe profiles without being so hard on the valvetrain. So we can open the valve faster and further letting in more fuel and making more power!

Next the high quality 21-4N stainless steel valves are bigger. 30mm intake and 24.5mm exhaust. The stem is more narrow for better air flow. The ports are much larger, 27mm intake port, 23mm exhaust port, and shaped for Mini MX racing. This all adds up to a cylinder head that puts out a professional level of performance yet is still affordable.

TBparts 64mm Big Bore Kit:

There is no replacement for displacement. If you have the ZS155 this takes 64mm big bore kit increases your engine to 177cc. The YX160 goes to 184cc. The kit also includes an all aluminum ceramic coated cylinder.  This cylinder is lighter than a steel sleeved aluminum cylinder, reduces friction (increasing power), improves sealing, and provides better heat transfer (runs and cools down quicker).  Unlike other kits, our head gasket kit also includes a head o-ring set and exhaust gasket. The piston high compression domed 64mm piston comes with rings, pin, & clips will safely run on pump gas, 90-93 octane at approximately 11.5:1.

Mikuni VM26 with TBparts manifold/carb kit:

Starting with the VM26 and larger intake manifold. You will experience some of the best throttle response and consistent reliable power! We also include a low profile air filter and a throttle cable that works with the basic 10mm pitbike throttles. TBW1487 may be necessary for certain pitbike frames.

Notes – YX160 cylinder head covers can be reused. ZS155 covers will not fit the V2 cylinder head. TBW1443 is a great option. There are no installation instructions, but if you can replace your piston, you can install this kit. If you don’t have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your compatible bike.
