Magicbeans Ragi Poha Millet (Finger Millet Flakes): 250 gm

• 1. In 4 cups of water, dissolve 1 tsp of salt.
• 2. Add 2 cups Magic Beans Ragi millet Poha and let them soak for 10 minutes. Wash, drain and keep the Poha aside in a colander for 30 mins.
• 3. Gently squeeze the flakes to get rid of the excess water.
• 4. Add turmeric powder, salt (to taste) and mix thoroughly.
• 5. In a pan, heat oil, sauté mustard seeds, asafoetida, green chillies, peanuts and curry leaves.
• 6. Add the Poha in the pan on low flame and toss it well.
• 7. After 5 minutes switch off the heat and add a dash of lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
• 8. Keep covered for 10 mins.
• 9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot .
