Step 1: Cleanse
Wet hair thoroughly. Apply a small amount of shampoo to scalp and hair. Gently massage with fingertips. Rinse well.
Step 2: Condition
Apply conditioner to clean, damp hair. Focus on the ends and detangle gently using fingers or a wide-tooth comb. Let sit for 2–5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Use 1–2 times per week or as needed.
