DESCRIPTION

Vetiver pure essential oil, distilled from the roots of the plant, which grow in strong, intricate systems under the earth, is known as ‘the oil of tranquillity.’ The calming effect of Vetiver makes it a perfect addition to any aromatherapy blend designed to soothe and unwind the mind and body, and is also perfect to aid meditation as a wonderfully grounding oil.

BLENDS WELL WITH
Lemongrass, Geranium, Orange, Ylang Ylang, Sandalwood, Rose, Lavender

USAGE

Diffuser: Add a few drops into your diffuser to scent & purify the air.

Steam Inhalation: Add about 5 drops of essential oil into a bowl of hot water, cover the head and bowl with a towel and breathe deeply for a minute. Repeat as needed.

Massage: Combine with a carrier oil and massage into affected areas.

*Essential Oil Safety - Never apply essential oils directly onto the skin, unless it is specified to be safe. Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years old. Consult your healthcare professional if using essential oils during pregnancy. Steam inhalation method only for children over 10 years old. Do not use if suffering from asthma.
