The BMW M5 power and handling statistics are completely mind-blowing for a car tipping the scales at well over two tons. The S63 twin-turbo V8 is underrated from the factory and responds well to tuning and bolt on modifications. Calling it the ultimate super sedan would not do this car justice, it's just that good. But every amazing automobile must have an Achilles' heel, right? Some investigation into this model told us that enthusiasts were seeing elevated oil temperatures during track driving conditions. Our team set out to create a replacement, high-performance oil cooler that could handle the rigors of extreme driving conditions and the abuse of daily commuting. The Mishimoto S63 M5/M6 oil cooler features extremely precise CNC-machined billet-aluminum end tanks which are professionally TIG-welded to our robust bar-and-plate core. Our strategically designed 55mm-thick core provides a massive 24% increase in core volume, and a 40% increase in external fin surface area. This added surface area promotes greater heat transfer, which directly impacts internal fluid temperatures. Our performance oil cooler is a complete bolt-on solution that includes everything needed for an easy installation such as hardware and replacement O-rings for the oil lines. Our heat exchanger is finished in a durable silver powder coat, providing both corrosion resistance and improved aesthetics. Whether your M5 sees frequent track time or just the occasional back-road jaunt, upgrading the oil cooler is a great way to extend the life of your S63 and ensure maximum engine output when you need it most. Good finish, poor hardware.
Set screws are poor quality and are sometimes powdercoated on the exposed threads. Leads to striped hex sockets and inability to tighten properly.
Durable finish as evidenced by no visible damage after throwing parts across the shop in frustration.
Ended up running self tapping screws thru parts to complete assembly.

Lovely and sturdy for what I needed!

We LOVE these shelving brackets! We were moving our books from our office space to turn that room into a nursery and I needed something that would be sturdy and off the floor since my books were moving to our living room. These are extremely sturdy, and also go with our curtain rods and other furniture that has this industrial style. The instructions for assembly are simple and easy to follow, I would just ensure you have an extra set of hands (this isn’t a one person job) we ordered the 3 pack, but ended up only needing the two for the space on the wall and they still hold the weight well.
Also this is a work in progress so please disregard that I don’t have the other two shelves here😂
Definitely a high quality and great looking alternative to some other brackets out there!
