The Furutech FI-28 (G) is specifically recommended as the connector pair for the Grand Activation AC-55 bulk power cable. The Design
Gold-plated contacts — the (G) designation in the Furutech lineup. Furutech's alpha process, applied to the conductor contact surfaces, involves cryogenic treatment and demagnetization that the company has documented as reducing electrical resistance and improving conductance at the contact surface. The FI-28 series has the physical construction quality that Furutech's reputation is built on: tight fit, solid clamping, no looseness in the assembly.
