Made with a combination of exceptionally soft and supple drum-dyed 0.6 mm premium full aniline leather and textile outer, and a goatskin palm that contours to the hand and using a Hipora ® liner, the XTREME DEFENDER TEX heated gloves are waterproof, windproof and breathable, providing protection from the outside elements.

With a mid length cuff, the end result  is sleek, stylish, very functional and light whilst incorporating stylish carbon fibre hard knuckle impact protection. Due to the increased heat produced by the new Gerbing XTREME range, the hottest setting for the gloves is de-activated when supplied.  The user can choose to permanently activate this setting using the instructions supplied if they feel this is necessary.

Our Hybrid technology combines the best of both worlds:

Vehicle Power: If you're cruising for hours, just connect these heated gloves directly to your vehicle’s battery using the battery harness and Long Y-Cable supplied.   The easy-to-access integrated push button controller situated on the top of the glove allows the wearer to regulate the temperature to suit their requirements.  Like all our gloves, the XTREME DEFENDER Textile gloves can also be powered directly through the integrated cuff plugs of the Gerbing Heated Jacket Liner.

Battery Power: If you are just riding short distances or maybe are unable to connect the battery cable directly to your vehicle then the XTREME DEFENDER TEX gloves can be powered using the optional small rechargeable Lithium batteries.  These fit comfortably inside a specially designed pocket inside the cuff of each glove. Choose between the 3Ah 7V or Xtreme 3Ah12V Battery Kits. Please note - In order to obtain the hottest setting, you will need to power these gloves either through your vehicles 12V battery or by using the XTREME 3Ah12V Battery Kit.  Powering these gloves using the 3Ah7V battery kit will only attain a maximum of the medium heat setting.

The Touchscreen material on the index finger will ensure you can use your smartphone or navigation system whilst wearing our heated gloves
