This Vintage Sparkling Ros undergoes a meticulous process, starting with whole bunch pressing of the grapes, followed by wild fermentation and full malolactic fermentation.

This Vintage Sparkling Rosé undergoes a meticulous process, starting with whole bunch pressing of the grapes, followed by wild fermentation and full malolactic fermentation. After tiraging in October 2013, it ages on lees for nine years with a low dosage of less than 4 grams. Crafted exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir grapes using the traditional method, this sparkling wine beautifully balances primary fruit flavors with autolysis characters developed during extended time on lees.
