Watsonville, 1930. Francisco Maghabol barely ekes out a living in the fields of California. As he spends what little money he earns at dance halls and faces increasing violence from white men in town, Francisco wonders if he should’ve never left the Philippines.
Stockton, 1965. Between school days full of prejudice from white students and teachers and night shifts working at his aunt’s restaurant, Emil refuses to follow in the footsteps of his labor organizer father, Francisco. He’s going to make it in this country no matter what or who he has to leave behind.
Denver, 1983. Chris is determined to prove that his overbearing father, Emil, can’t control him. However, when a missed assignment on “ancestral history” sends Chris off the football team and into the library, he discovers a desire to know more about Filipino history―even if his father dismisses his interest as unamerican and unimportant.
Philadelphia, 2020. Enzo struggles to keep his anxiety in check as a global pandemic breaks out and his abrasive grandfather moves in. While tensions are high between his dad and his lolo, Enzo’s daily walks with Lolo Emil have him wondering if maybe he can help bridge their decades-long rift.
Told in multiple perspectives, Everything We Never Had unfolds like a beautifully crafted nesting doll, where each Maghabol boy forges his own path amid heavy family and societal expectations, passing down his flaws, values, and virtues to the next generation, until it’s up to Enzo to see how he can braid all these strands and men together.

Spray doesn’t work. The spray only worked for a few sprays. I work in the entertaining industry and was looking forward for not just myself but the other girls to use the glitter spray. Out of 30 girls only 3 were able to use it. The spray bottle stopped working. I ordered a replacement and it stopped working also after a few sprays

The dogs loved it! Will buy again.
Style: Squeaky Chicken
My dogs have really enjoyed all the layers to this toy. It squeaks and has a noisy film on the inside of the cloth that they really like. The toy itself is very stiff and rigid but they like that. It’s been about 3 months and they recently broke through the pink layer so it lasts quite a while. It was a challenge for them to get the layer off once they had broken through the stitching so it would keep him occupied for a very long time.

My dog LOVES this, but...
Style: Squeaky Duck
My dog loved this right out of the box, she didn't learn to squeak it for a couple of hours, but she just stopped playing with her other toys, ragged as they may be...
My dog is a Manchester/hound dog mix, of some sort, I'm only sure about the Manchester, she resembles them in look, size, weight, and all else.
She weighs approximately 20-ish pounds, or so.
With that said, like I said, she loves it, so much so that within 16 waking hours after its arrival she brought me the inner squeaker, the body was in the kitchen. :)
She tore off the top part of the head and gained access to the squeaker, and EXACTLY as advertised and other reviews, it is a really good squeaky toy, she really doesn't seem to mind that the outer portion is gone, the (seemingly) durable squeaker might actually last.
She can still play with the 'body', the toy is made that when (not if) they rip off an appendage, the nentire innards WILL NOT come out. It's a well designed toy in that respect. So, at times she will play with that too, she has brought me the BODY several times too,
My dog is a really CRAZY chewer, she is somewhere under a year old and she will chew on anything that she is in front of her, including rocks, a blade of grass as she runs by, furniture legs, window sills, you name it, she has eaten it.
She is a problem dog, but we picked her, and we'd do the same if it was our kid, we wouldn't throw them out. :)
She has to be watched constantly, that is not the most fun, but, like they say, 'It is what it is'.
I mention all of that to show that even though she is a crazy chewer, the rubber portion of the toy is still 'with us', for now, I will update this if anything else develops, and I am sure it will.
Oh yeah, I really need to add, I don't think that the makers can make a chew toy 'outer' from anything that will last that long, not unless you go to a rope material, and I did not want that, it can be swallowed and cause more trouble. (Fabric can be swallowed too, but it's at least softer...)
So, really, more than likely you can't get any better than this if your dog is a crazy chewer too.
