The feathers bear the Greek letters Pi Beta Phi and the reverse is engraved with 'Frances Fuller Vermont' and it also bears a worn date mark from the 1940s. This vintage pendant (circa 1940-1950) features an arrow of 14k gold with pearls along the shaft. The feathers bear the Greek letters Pi Beta Phi and the reverse is engraved with 'Frances Fuller Vermont' and it also bears a worn date mark from the 1940s.

The piece measures 1.3 inches from the top of the bail to the bottom by 0.25 inches wide and is in very good condition.

This poor design needs some braces on the bottom to give it some stability and keep it from blowing over. Mine came damaged and the seller wanted me to pay $80 to have it shipped back to them despite uploading pictures of the broken hinge it came with. Take my advice, keep looking and don't settle for this one!
