Mechanical features:
- Full steel construction. Bowl, kneading hook and safety grid made from high quality polished stainless steel.
- All moving parts are suited with ball bearings.
- Primary transmission: ribbed belt or V-belt.
- All subsequent transmissions: simplex chains greased with long life chain grease.
Electrical features:
- Single-phase motor with air cooling.
- Start-stop switch
- Model KN4 features motor protection.
Protections:
- Undervoltage release module which ensures that the device doesn't enable itself after a power outage.
- The safety grid features a safety switch so that it's impossible to work with an open grid.
Model suitable for kneading larger amounts of dough. Works perfectly from 2 kg (4.41 lbs) of dough and up. Does not need a special power supply; operates on a standard power outlet. Full steel construction. Provided with all legal safety requirements.
