Product Introduction

BlueBonnet Ubiquinol 100mg delivers the active, reduced form of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), known as ubiquinol. It is a powerful antioxidant that supports heart health, cellular energy production, and overall vitality. This bioavailable form of CoQ10 is especially beneficial for aging adults and individuals with higher oxidative stress.

Synonym Names

  • BlueBonnet Ubiquinol 100mg

  • Reduced CoQ10 Softgels

  • Active Coenzyme Q10 Supplement

Key Ingredients (per softgel)

  • Ubiquinol (Kaneka QH®) – 100 mg, the most bioavailable and active form of CoQ10

  • Softgel base with natural oils for optimal absorption

Benefits

  • Supports heart and cardiovascular health

  • Boosts cellular energy production (ATP)

  • Provides strong antioxidant protection against oxidative stress

  • Enhances stamina and vitality

  • Helps replenish CoQ10 levels that naturally decline with age or medication use (e.g., statins)

How Does It Work

Ubiquinol, the reduced form of CoQ10, plays a key role in mitochondrial energy production (ATP synthesis). It also functions as an antioxidant, protecting cells from oxidative damage. Unlike regular CoQ10 (ubiquinone), ubiquinol is more readily absorbed and used by the body.

Why Choose

  • Contains Kaneka QH® Ubiquinol – the most trusted and researched form

  • Superior bioavailability compared to regular CoQ10

  • Easy-to-swallow softgels for enhanced absorption

  • Non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free

  • Backed by BlueBonnet’s quality assurance and purity standards

Suitable For

  • Adults seeking heart and energy support

  • Older adults with declining CoQ10 levels

  • Individuals taking statins (which may deplete CoQ10)

  • Those needing antioxidant and mitochondrial support

How To Use

Take 1 softgel daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Recommended Dosage

  • Standard: 100 mg (1 softgel) daily

  • Higher doses may be recommended by a doctor for specific conditions

Precautions

  • Consult your doctor if pregnant, nursing, or under medical treatment

  • Individuals on blood pressure or blood-thinning medications should seek medical advice before use

  • Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and children

Side Effects

Generally well tolerated. Rare side effects may include:

  • Mild gastrointestinal upset

  • Headache in sensitive individuals

Additional Information

  • Pack size: 30 softgels

  • Active, reduced CoQ10 form (ubiquinol)

  • Non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free

  • Ideal for heart, energy, and antioxidant support

Super Cute! Stuffing Seems to Poke Out
Color: Frog&strawberry
These kids bath sponges are super cute! My daughter loves the strawberry one. It's soft, and well made, and doesn't irritate her skin. The size is just right for little hands, and they seem to be holding up well so far. One thing I noted is that some of the stuffing seemed to be poking out when I first opened it, but it came off easily and doesn't seem to be getting worse.

Great work on the recent history of strategic studies and strategy in practice.
Format: Kindle
While not perfect, certainly one of the best works on strategy I've read recently and possibly the best work on post-1945 strategic history I've read in a while. Two main flaws or issues of contention: Strachan's critique of civil-military relations is at times lucid, but at other times appears to come slightly off the rails. Second, the books origin as a (much altered and added too) collection of articles shows through in the many areas which it doubles back on itself covering ground previously well trodden, at times this is done to build on previously mentioned ideas, at other times it seems overly repetitive. On the whole it is an excellent assessment and critique of the recent history of Strategic Studies as a field, as a historian I find many of his disciplinary critiques of the history/IR balance quite convincing, but I suppose I'm biased.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
Can't say I agree with the author's analysis, but it is interesting to read something that is not laced with political correctness. This seems an honest assessment of how things are. I recommend it.

An unputdownable reading on all matters strategic!
Format: Kindle
Hew Stratchan has used a clear and lucid narrative style to throw light upon the otherwise drab subject of strategy, drawing upon his talent as an historian, contemporising it in the current global environment, and has presented a practical guide to understanding strategic theory and putting it in practice.
