This flagship amplifier has four channels " from clean to crunch to ultra high gain, no tone is left untouched. Each channel can be operated independently either with 10 or 120 watts of output power. This enables the amplifier to produce high gain sounds with output stage distortion at a "moderate" volume.
The LRS Reverend G contains 233 rigs, including 33 amp-only "direct" captures. The following speakers and microphone combinations have been used:
- Alnico Gold with a SM57 and PR20
- V30 with SM57 and Creamback H75 with R121
- Alnico Blue in an open back 112
- Brit 1960AV with SM57, MD421 and E609 mics
- Boogie OS cabinet with 70 watt v30¢s and C90 (Black Shadows)
- Redback and H30 with PR20, PR30 and SM57 mics
