ARBs Air Locker(TM) Differential Spreader is a professional automotive tool that no differential installer should be without. Most common Salisbury style axle assemblies (e.g., Dana Spicer model 44) require the use of a differential spreader in order to achieve the required carrier bearing pre-load during set-up. Stretching the housing casting (or pumpkin) open by sufficient enough force as to allow extra shim to be added to create the pre-load is the method that the OEM manufactures endorse, and most manufacture's have included special spreader sockets in the housing for exactly this purpose. Insufficient pre-load can result in bearing failure, or ring and pinion failure on any differential, and possible oil/air leakage issues in an Air Locker(TM) Differential. A great $30

The wood is cheap particle board (probably better bc they are very light weight) but the brackets are plenty strong and sturdy.
Advice on the install: your walls may not be exactly 90 degrees. Install one bracket after the other is holding the shelf up.

Great shelves but be warned.
Color: Grey
These shelves are great for small items and can definitely hold up to their advertised weight if mounted in a stud. However, DO NOT use the longest screws at all. All the screws are low quality and are likely to break. The medium length ones are sufficient for everything. If your wall faces an exterior concrete wall: break off the tips on the dry wall anchors, they are too long.

These are a great corner option

Made my bathroom look beautiful
