Old Mr. Scott was murdered on the night of his birthday, and two words written in blood were left on the floor - phantom cry. Did he write those bloody words? What was the meaning behind those words? With those questions in mind, Old Mr. Scoff's grandson, Kirk, paid a visit to 221B Baker Street.
Sherlock Holmes accepted Kirk's commission and went to investigate the crime scene with Watson. Besides the bloody words, Holmes discovered an oddly shaped hole in a painting hanging on a wall. Could this be related to the murder? Our great detective also learnt form Kirk that the suspect's left ring finger was wearing a ring with a red gem during the murder. And curiously enough, a guest at Old Mr. Scoff's funeral was wearing such a ring!
Further into the investigation, Holmes came upon a beautiful stone glimmering an ominous glow. And to his utmost surprise, Holmes fell into a clever ruse arranged especially for him as the mystery unravelled before our eyes!

Excellent book!
This is the best book on forgiveness that I’ve ever read. Only read this if you are serious about working through unforgiveness and bitterness. I learned that it is okay to have boundaries and limitations, but first you must forgive.

Buy more than one! Shareable!
Format: Paperback
This is a small book and a quick read, but don’t let that fool you. It’s packed with truths that will encourage the reader to forgive those that have wronged them. This book was required reading for a class I took. After reading it, I decided to buy several copies to give to friends.
What you’ll learn: When someone offends us we often feel we have a right to an apology, and perhaps we do. We might even want revenge. But what we don’t realize is that unforgiveness only hurts the one offended. It’s like filling a cup with poison for your offender and then drinking it yourself. You become poisoned by your own hurt, anger, thoughts or words against that person. When we refuse to forgive, we become enslaved to bitterness, and bitterness can take root in our mind, spirit, and body. We become sick.
When we forgive, we release the offender from blame, or forgive their debt to us. We leave the situation (or revenge) in God’s hands, and we move on. The result is freedom!
