Helicopter design and components, performance, and weight and balance are covered, along with special techniques such as different types of takeoffs and landings, operating on sloping surfaces, sling operations, mountain flying, and helicopter icing. Technical knowledge and sound handling are the crucial ingredients that make a safe pilot.
This second edition benefits from additional discussion of the NOTAR system and strakes, as well as frequently misunderstood principles of airspeed and high altitude operations. The Bart Book

My family loves the Simpsons. For some reason they just can't get enough. So, I bought them the books. Not only did I buy the Bart book, I bought the Homer, Lisa, and Ned Flander's Book of Faith. They are all hilarious!
If you are a Simpsons fan I highly recommend these books. They will make you laugh!

My 8 year old son really loves this book! This book has been a great incentive for him to pick up and start reading on his own. There are some very slight inappropriate phrases in the book, but nothing too crazy. Overall, this book has been fantastic for him, and most importantly, it has kept his interest for months now. There is a lot to look at!
