Connect and control

The Thump 215XT features a 2-channel input mixer with independent volume controls, so you won't need a separate mixer for small gigs. Along with the Bluetooth connection, the mixer inputs can handle microphone, instrument, and line-level signals. A headphone-type 3.5mm TRS input lets you easily plug your portable player into this powered speaker. An XLR output provides a  mixed signal so you can daisy-chain additional speakers for larger events.

Wireless features

The Thump 215XT lets you wirelessly stream music from your compatible device. You can also use your phone or tablet to adjust the settings and control your 215XT wirelessly using Mackie's Thump Connect™ 2 Mobile App. In addition, you can use this Bluetooth connection to stream to and control a second Thump XT speaker up to 328 feet away.

Note: The 328-foot (100-meter) range works with your compatible device running Bluetooth 4.2 or later. The range of earlier-version Bluetooth devices will be shorter.

Versatile applications

The Thump 215XT 's tough polypropylene cabinet includes four handles for portability and a perforated metal grille to protect the speaker. A mounting pole insert allows you to install this Thump speaker up on a tripod stand or on a speaker pole mounted over a sub, like a Mackie Thump 115S or 118S powered subwoofer. The speaker's angled design also lets you use it as a floor monitor for live performances. Standard M10 rigging points let you fly this speaker in a large PA installation.
