How it Works (Cryotherapy)
Ice rolling uses cold therapy (cryotherapy) principles, constricting blood vessels (vasoconstriction), which reduces swelling and redness, and stimulates the lymphatic system to drain fluid and toxins, leading to a firmer, less puffy appearance
How to Use:
Keep your ice roller icy cold or at the least, refrigerated to get the best results... For use on the face, roll the tool over face and neck for approximately 5-10 minutes... For even better results, add your favorite face oils or serums for an enhanced effect. Especially wonderful in the mornings to invigorate and brighten your skin!
How to Use for Aching Muscles:
- Prep: Freeze the roller for at least 20 minutes (or a couple of hours).
- Apply: Roll gently over sore muscles (calves, quads, forearms, neck, upper back).
- Duration: Roll for 15-20 seconds at a time, repeating a few times, or for 30-45 seconds with more pressure for deeper therapy, but don't exceed 15 minutes on one spot.
- Motion: Use a slow, gliding motion to increase blood flow and soothe tissue.
Always keep it in the freezer for best results and avoid using it on joints, bones, or the lower back, and stop if the cold is too intense or causes pain, ensuring the skin is dry before application

Great quality, no holes or fading!

I purchased these socks a couple years ago and love them so much that I just recently purchased them again! They fit perfectly, don't make my feet sweaty, and hit the ankle at the right spot. The material is so good that over years they have not faded and even though I wear the same few pairs every day, they have no signs of thinning or holes! These are the ONLY socks that I buy. I have the black ones as well as the multi-colored ones. I will never buy another brand or style again!

Well made and perform well, a little constricting

These socks definitely keep most of the moisture away from my feet, even in wet conditions, which is why I bought them. I am diabetic, though, and the recommendation is to wear socks that don't constrict at any point. These have a tight band around the opening that while it is not uncomfortable on, leaves a mark when I take them off. So far it's been ok, but if you have any kind of swelling in your feet or ankles these would probably not be the best. My foot measures size 8 and I wear size 9 Brooks running shoes. The socks fit me just right but based on the size of the opening and the overall length, I wouldn't think they would fit anyone more than a size larger. Overall well made and perform well as you would expect from this brand.
