This usually happens if the hoop size set in your CHOICE embroidery machine software is larger than the actual sewing field of the 8.7″ × 5″ (220 × 130 mm) hoop, or the design file itself exceeds the hoop limits. Always choose the correct or smaller hoop size in the software and run a trace test before stitching to prevent needle strikes.
