Judy Blue Jeans are known for their amazing stretch. Some people choose to size down 1. For example if you wear a 12 you can probably choose an 11. These do have the Tummy Control which will make them fit more snug in the waist and belly. They are also more fitted through the thighs so they might fit more like your standard size and not your normal Judy Blue size.
Front rise determines how high your paints sit around your waist. The front rise is measured from the crotch seam straight up to the top of the waistband. It is categorized as low, mid and high rise.
Inseam determines how long your paint length is to the ground. the inseam is measured from the crotch seam straight down to the bottom of the hem. Hems can be shortened with alterations, including adding a cuff or cutting a raw hem.
