Skunk2 Ultra Camshafts for K20C1
The Skunk2 Ultra Camshafts for K20C1 engines are specifically designed to maximize the power potential of Honda's newest generation K engines. These camshafts are machined from forged 8660 steel alloy blanks, which are then induction-hardened and precision ground using CNC machinery to ensure durability and precision. The lobe profiles of the Ultra Camshafts are designed in-house using advanced simulation and CAD modeling techniques to optimize performance, and then validated on the dynamometer.
The Ultra Stage 2 Camshaft is a high-lift performance camshaft that requires upgraded valve springs to accommodate the additional valve lift needed for further power increases. Despite its high-performance capabilities, it is equally suitable for both street and race applications, as it retains stock idling characteristics and makes 40-60+ bhp throughout the power band up to 8000rpm+.
