The kit is designed to help recover losses from extra large tires and mud applications. The 1000R model sees new HP and different factory clutch components. This kit provides a different flyweight profile than previous years in this range. There are also new primary and secondary springs.
The kit is designed to work together and the instructions show how to set the flyweights up for different applications. *The newer XMR 1000 versions have substantially lower gearing. Gearing and ‘‘rate of shift of the belt’’ are related. We have not yet completed testing of the XMR version and it may require different calibration. We do not sell kits or make recommendations on vehicles we have not tested. It will be updated when more information is available.
