I did very meticulous cleaning and drying and then applied this ointment. At least twice daily. And in just a few days my skin was healing. I'd say less than a week and I was back to normal. Highly recommended.

Everything else always says "itch relief" and contains strong chemicals which I prefer to not use, especially on my face.
