Overview
The new Fluke 317 clamp meter is designed
based on detailed research into the specific
requirements of electrical engineers. The small
clamp meter head and lightweight, compact
body make it ideal for use in confined spaces.
The 40A range low current measurement (0.01A
resolution) design is unique and allows users to
accurately measure small currents. At the same
time, the clamp meter also has functions such
as accurate, True RMS measurements, maxi-
mum/minimum values, zeroing, background
light display, display protection and is a powerful
tool in carrying out daily maintenance and instal-
lations.

The product is good and contrary to some comments I read it was not a mess to install and went on very nicely. That said I placed on a 71 Baracudda and starting from a 71db I was able to drop that down to about 66 with two layers Kilmatt 80mil

Excellent Sound Deadening Material!

I installed Kilmat Sound Deadening in my truck, and I’m extremely impressed with the results. The material is thick, pliable, and easy to cut to fit doors, floor panels. It sticks very well to metal surfaces and doesn’t peel, even after heating it slightly to make it more flexible. After installation, I immediately noticed a reduction in road noise and vibrations. Worth the money!!
