Eigenschaften

Der DH Robotics PGC-50 ist ein elektrischer Zweifingergreifer, der sowohl für industrielle als auch für kollaborative Anwendungen entwickelt wurde. Der preisgekrönte PGC-50 Greifer (Red Dot Award, IF Award) kombiniert progressives Design mit bewährter Zuverlässigkeit. Der PGC-50 bietet einen Hub von 35 mm und eine empfohlene Nutzlast von 1 kg.

Mit seiner selbstsichernden Funktion, maximalen Kraftgrenzen und anderen kollaborationsorientierten Features ist der DH Robotics PGC-50 ein idealer Begleiter für deinen Cobot. Der PGC-50 ist jedoch nicht auf Cobots beschränkt und kann auch mit herkömmlichen Industrierobotern eingesetzt werden. Dieser Greifer ist auf Langlebigkeit ausgelegt und kann mit seiner IP67-Einrichtung mit ziemlich rauen Umgebungen umgehen. Das macht den Greifer besonders geeignet für die Arbeit an CNC-Maschinen, zum Beispiel.

Ein weiterer großer Vorteil des PGC-50 ist, dass er sehr einfach einzurichten ist. DH Robotics bietet Plug-Ins für eine Vielzahl von Cobot-Marken an, darunter Universal Robots, OMRON TM, Hanwha, AUBO, Fanuc und mehr. Vom Auspacken bis zum Einsatz deines neuen Greifers vergehen nur ein paar Minuten.
