Background – What is evaluating the organisation?

An organisational assessment is a method for gathering valid information about an organisation's performance and factors that influence it. This assessment is different from other types of evaluations as it focuses solely on an organisation.

Organisational assessments can help organisations understand their strengths and weaknesses, as well as what they should do to improve their performance. Organisations can use this diagnostic tool to gain useful data about their performance and identify key factors that help or hinder their achievement of goals. It also helps them position themselves in relation to their competitors. These evaluations are becoming more popular. 

Aims and Objectives of this course

This course Evaluate and review compliance (based on BSBAUD515) will help you earn the skills necessary to evaluate and review an organisation’s compliance program/management system and how it is fulfilling its obligations and responsibilities under applicable compliance requirements.

It applies to individuals who are responsible for evaluating and reporting on the operation and effectiveness of an organisation’s planned compliance program/management system to ensure that compliance is an integral part of normal business operations.

Our Evaluate and review compliance course is based on the unit of competency of BSBAUD515. Whilst this course is not nationally recognised, it follows the learning outcomes and elements associated with that unit. The course contains

1. Narrated e-learning learning resources online 
2. Online Assessment tasks
3. Ability to download your Certificate of Completion once assessment tasks are completed

What will you learn by completing the training course?

This course will include an understanding of awareness of the relevant legislation and your responsibilities in evaluating and reviewing organisation compliance.

Learning outcomes include:

1. Obtain and interpret information on organisation’s policies, procedures and compliance requirements
2. Develop evaluation methodology
3.  Prepare evaluation plan, detailing established evaluation criteria and data to be collected
4. Confirm approval of plan from relevant stakeholders
5. Organise, interpret and review collected data against established evaluation criteria
6. Arrange evaluation data for analysis

1. Analyse evaluation data in accordance with evaluation plan
2. Prepare draft report of outcomes, findings and recommendations of the compliance evaluation
3. Edit report based on the feedback obtained
4. Confirm final report is signed off by authorised personnel
5. Distribute report to relevant stakeholders according to evaluation plan

What Accreditation Will You Get?
