Description:

A simple boost pedal with the right setup is often a beautiful thing, but sometimes less isn’t always more, and in the case of the BLAMMO! Utility Boost, this sentiment rings true.  Now this doesn’t mean we’re releasing an eleven knob Swiss army knife with thirteen switches but we do believe this new design expands on the simple boost pedal concept in a positive way. The Utility Boost is basically a dual stage boost with either cocked wah or flat amplified sounds plus a buffer that works in bypass.

The utilitarian nature of this design gives users access to a wide variety of boost sounds in a small, easy to use format that is pedal board friendly.  The buffer option is based on the popular Klon Centaur circuit and as mentioned before, can be engaged even when the pedal is turned off which is handy for long cable runs or complicated pedal board setups.  The cocked wah portion has a FREQUENCY knob that simulates the action of stepping on an actual wah pedal by setting the accentuated frequency point; turn it left for the brightest tones or dial it to the right for more bass / heel heavy sounds. To keep things simple both circuits share the same VOLUME knob and are swapped out through the CHANNEL foot switch. The flat boost side is an opamp based linear boost that’s set to be louder than the cocked wah circuit but if you want them at unity, or maybe the flat side even lower, there’s an internal trim pot that controls the gain of the linear circuit for that.  The larger GREEN LED indicates that the pedal is on while the smaller YELLOW LED shows that the flat boost is engaged (controlled through the channel foot switch). Since the circuit is huge and we wanted to keep the pedal affordable, we went with an SMD through-hole construction hybrid that uses Panasonic film and electrolytic caps for the coupling capacitors. Also worth noting is that both foot switches are no-click style and use a relay based design instead of the clunkier mechanical style.

Great ball for heavy chewers
Style: Assorted Balls (Pack of 3), Size: 2.5 inch
Great toy for my Doberman. She chews through tennis balls in about 15 minutes but these are very durable. She likes to chase them but also just chew on them.

My dog loves glowing fetch at night!
Style: Glow Balls (Pack of 3), Size: 2.5 inch
Fantastic. Sturdy. My dog loves them Glow in the dark is great for fetch at night. I keep a flashlight with me because the glow doesn't last really long. But they charge very quickly and are really bright.

Indestructible
Style: Fetch Balls (Pack of 2), Size: 3 inch
These balls are indestructible! We have a lab and a lab mix and they CANNOT damage these balls. They love them for fetch and to just chew on them (slightly squishy, but NO damage). Best toys we have bought for them.

Great trial set. Just be careful throwing the orange one!
Style: Assorted Balls (Pack of 3), Size: 2.5 inch
Blue isn't that easy to see in the yard White charges with bright light/UV and is truly a game changer for night-time fetch. Both dogs clearly favor it. Orange is easy to see in the grass at day They're 3 different weights as well, so double trial. I prefer medium for my big dogs, though light performs well too The orange is HEAVY and unyielding. Do NOT throw it with a ball thrower. It could damage your house or knock your dog out. Seems tough though.
