The Mevo Ethernet Power Adapter is the essential accessory for delivering blazing-fast, reliable performance when you’re streaming with the Mevo Start. Designed for creators who demand a rock-solid connection, this compact dongle empowers your camera with power and a wired network through a PoE-enabled switch or router. That means you can enjoy uninterrupted live broadcasts with reduced latency, minimized interference, and cleaner cable management. When PoE isn’t available, the built-in USB-C input provides a flexible power solution so you can keep filming even in non-PoE environments. Whether you’re streaming a live event, conducting an interview, or capturing on-location content, the Ethernet Power Adapter helps you maintain consistent quality from start to finish.

  • Power and data over a single Ethernet cable with PoE—The adapter delivers both power and a reliable wired network connection to your Mevo Start from a PoE-enabled switch or router, reducing cable clutter and eliminating the need for multiple power bricks.
  • USB-C input for non-PoE setups—If your network lacks PoE, you can power your camera through the USB-C input while still enjoying a wired data connection for stable streaming.
  • Wired reliability for live streaming—A dedicated Ethernet link minimizes wireless interference, delivers consistent bandwidth, and helps you avoid dropped frames during critical broadcasts.
  • Compact, portable design—A small, unobtrusive dongle that fits neatly beside the camera, ideal for on-the-go setups, mobile shoots, and discreet installations.
  • Plug-and-play with Mevo Start—Designed for quick setup with compatible network gear, so you can get your stream up and running with minimal configuration.

Technical Details of Mevo Ethernet Power Adapter

  • Power delivery via PoE-enabled Ethernet connection to the Mevo Start when used with a PoE switch/router (provides both power and data).
  • USB-C input available for powering the camera in non-PoE environments.
  • Wired Ethernet data path to the Mevo Start for a stable, low-latency connection.
  • Compact form factor designed to sit close to the camera for tidy cable management and easy mounting options.
  • Compatibility with the Mevo Start ecosystem to support reliable live streaming in a variety of setups.

How to install Mevo Ethernet Power Adapter

  • Ensure you have a PoE-enabled switch or router if you plan to power and connect via PoE. If not, you can power the camera using the USB-C input.
  • Connect an Ethernet cable from the PoE switch/router to the Ethernet port on the Mevo Ethernet Power Adapter to supply power and data to the Mevo Start.
  • If you are operating in a non-PoE network, connect a USB-C charger or power source to the adapter’s USB-C input to power the camera while keeping the wired data connection.
  • Attach the adapter to the Mevo Start’s power/data path according to the camera’s instructions, ensuring a secure connection and tidy cable routing.
  • Power on your network equipment and the Mevo Start, then open the Mevo app to verify a stable connection and begin streaming.

Frequently asked questions

  • What is the Mevo Ethernet Power Adapter used for? It provides both power and a wired network connection to the Mevo Start, enabling reliable live streaming with PoE power delivery or USB-C power as needed.

  • What if my router/switch isn’t PoE? Use the USB-C power option to power the camera while still leveraging a wired Ethernet connection for data where supported by your setup.
  • How do I install and configure it? Follow the installation steps outlined above: connect via PoE or USB-C power, ensure a stable Ethernet link, and verify in the Mevo app.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger
