SearZone and Accufire™ Exclusive Heat Delivery System
This 36” cart model gas grill has two 18-SR Titanium and Stainless Steel blend burners and one SearZone Infrared burner that produce 27,500 BTUs each, for a total of 82,500 BTUs of total cooking power on the grilling surface. The high-tech SearZone Infrared Burner reaches 1,500° in four minutes and cooks 50% faster with virtually no flare-ups, amplifying flavor and locking in juices. The grill has a spacious 660 sq. in. of actual grilling area, push button ignition, removable 3-position warming rack, and heavy-duty rolled stainless steel cooking grids capable of providing perfect steakhouse results.

Exclusive Hidden & Integrated Mega-Drive™ Rotisserie
A unique chain driven whisper-quiet system turns food at a smooth and consistent speed with 120 lbs of turning torque, no matter how much food or how unevenly you load it. No counterbalance required. Produces hassle-free delicious rotissed foods. Unlike other grills, Alfresco grills have a built-in rotisserie motor. No more wasted time connecting the motor each time you use it, simply attach the spit and cook. The flush-mounted 18,500 BTU rear ceramic infrared burner grills your rotisserie food to perfection, creating a perfectly tender and caramelized entree. The spit rod can be conveniently stored under the drip tray when not in use.

Refractive Ceramic 5-Way Heat Distributing Briquettes
Refractive Briquettes eliminate hot and cold spots making the effective grilling area 100% of the grilling surface. A special pyramid shape evenly delivers intense heat to the cooking surface. Stainless Steel cooking grates over the briquette and “U” burner sections have a special nonstick electro-polished finish.

Signature Taste™ Integrated Wood Smoker & Herb Infusion System
The dedicated 5,000 BTU stainless steel burner has exclusive cold smoke capabilities. Linear diffusing vents naturally eject smoke at 200 degrees to the food zone. The smoker drawer is large enough to hold peppers, herbs, wood chunks, and is sealed to hold liquids.

Durable Stainless Steel Cart
The sturdy Stainless Steel Cart has four heavy duty casters and double doors that give easy access to the propane tank slide. Two convenient side shelves provide prep space. Upgrading to a Dual Side Burner in place of one shelf is optional.

EZ-Lift™ Hood-Assist System
A cantilever canopy with a hidden coil spring assist offers ultra-smooth, single finger lifting and closing of the double lined hood while you cook.

Halogen Radiant Lighting
Integrated high-intensity Halogen work lights angle slightly toward the center for bright, even illumination. The light lens is easily removable, without the use of tools, for changing bulbs and cleaning.

Adjustable Food Warming and Grilling Rack
The three-position adjustable warming rack stores up and out of the way when rotissing. Ideal for above-grilling-surface holding and cooking.

Safetouch™ Exclusive Control Panel Air Cooling Curtain
A special air-cooling plenum blasts a curtain of cool air that naturally flows up between the front control panel and firebox keeping the front panel and bullnose safely cool to touch. This also protects all the electronics.
